3.  Arcade Operators currently operates as an impression based exchange so you must place the banner code in a visible place on your arcade where it can be seen without scrolling.

4.   To respect the integrity of the banner exchange your account may be terminated without reason or notice.  Note: This is only done in cases where manipulation is suspected.
